At Hillcrest School, the care and safety of students is paramount.

The school's commitment to student safety is evident in its policies and in the work of all staff to safeguard students' physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Personal Tutors are instrumental in supporting all members of the student community, as part of an effective system of pastoral care and student welfare.

Hillcrest School is also involved in several multi-agency groups to discuss ways of maintaining and improving the safety of students, particularly those that are in need of additional personal support.
